This policy explains what personal information Nexyra Studio ("we", "us") collects through nexyrastudio.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have a question about it, email support@nexyrastudio.com.

Information we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, WhatsApp number (optional), subject and message.
  • Book a Meeting form: your name, email address, WhatsApp number and company (both optional), the service you are interested in, your preferred date and time, and any project details you write.
  • Chat assistant: the questions you type into the chat window on our site.
  • Certificate verification: the certificate number you enter on the verification page.
  • Usage data: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, your approximate location, and your device and browser type.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider and Cloudflare process your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect our forms from spam.

How we use it

  • To reply to your message or confirm your meeting, by email or WhatsApp.
  • To prepare a proposal or quote you have asked for.
  • To answer your questions in the chat assistant.
  • To confirm whether an internship certificate is genuine.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it, only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • To keep the site and its forms secure and free of spam.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis

We process form details because you ask us to contact you and agree to this policy when you send a form. Analytics runs only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Spam protection and site security rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe.

Services that process your data for us

  • Resend delivers the emails sent from our forms.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) carries messages if you choose to contact us there.
  • Groq generates the chat assistant's replies from the questions you type. We do not save chat conversations.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person, not a bot.
  • Google Analytics measures site usage, only after you accept analytics cookies.
  • Supabase stores our portfolio and internship certificate records.
  • Our hosting provider (Netlify or Vercel) serves the website and keeps standard server logs.

These providers may process data outside Pakistan. Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages and booking details in our email inbox for as long as needed to handle your request and any project that follows, and delete them on request. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. We do not store chat assistant conversations.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email support@nexyrastudio.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can change your cookie choice at any time with Cookie Settings.

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
